1.1 Who You’re Buying From
Products on iammorpho.com are sold by Marti Kovacs, trading as MOЯPHO FIGHTWEAR under DIV°INE STUDIO (“we”, “us”, “MOЯPHO”), a sole trader based in Margate, UK. Contact: info@div9nestudio.com.
1.2 How Orders Work — Preorder & Production Model
Unlike off-the-shelf retail, most MOЯPHO products are made to order in small batches:
- Orders are collected during a preorder window (typically 7–14 days), after which the window closes and the production order is placed with the manufacturer.
- Production and fulfilment typically take up to 5 weeks from the preorder window closing, per our standard production cycle. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — see Section 1.6 for delays.
- By placing a preorder, you accept that dispatch will not be immediate. The expected dispatch window will be clearly stated at checkout for every preorder
- Evergreen apparel (where held as stock between drops) may ship faster — this will be indicated on the product page.
1.3 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; it is not accepted until we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (e.g. if a style fails to reach Minimum Order Quantity of 15 units — see 1.7) before that confirmation, or to refund and cancel an order after acceptance if a genuine pricing, stock, or production issue arises. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.
1.4 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£). [We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the price shown / Prices include VAT at the applicable rate — delete as applicable once VAT status is confirmed.]
- Payment is taken in full at the time of order via Stripe, others “coming soon”.
- We do not store your card details — payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
1.5 Product Information & Customisation
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizing, and detail accurately, but slight variation (screen display, dye lots, hand-finishing) is possible and is not itself a fault.
- Some products allow you to choose accent/embroidery colour from our belt-rank colour system. This selection is treated as choosing from pre-set product variants (like choosing a size or a standard colourway), not as bespoke personalisation — see Section 5.4 for what this means for returns.
- Refer to our Size Guide before ordering. The MOЯPHO size chart is our sole sizing reference
1.6 Delays
If production or shipping is delayed beyond the estimated window (e.g. factory delay, customs hold), we will notify you by email with a revised estimate. Significant delays (10+ days past the confirmed date) will always trigger proactive communication — this is a standing internal policy, not just a courtesy. You may cancel for a full refund if a delay becomes unreasonable and we’re unable to give a firm revised date.
1.7 Minimum Order Quantity
Some styles or colourways may require a minimum number of preorders (typically 15 units) to go into production. This won’t necessarily apply to every style or every cycle — it depends on demand and production planning for that specific drop.
If a style doesn’t reach this threshold within its preorder window, we may hold affected orders for that style until the next cycle, or issue a full refund. Either way, you’ll be notified by email before any action is taken.
1.8 Intellectual Property
The MOЯPHO name, the helix-O symbol, the WAЯRIOR-to-MOЯPHO branding, and all product designs are the intellectual property of Marti Kovacs / DIV°INE STUDIO. Nothing on this site grants you rights to reproduce, resell, or use these assets commercially.
1.9 Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
1.10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2.3 International Shipping
We do ship internationally, including outside the UK. Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees vary by destination and are outside our control. Where possible, we aim to minimise any additional charges to you, but we cannot guarantee that every destination will be free of local customs involvement — please check your country’s import rules before ordering if you’re outside the UK/EU.
International delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
For a general overview of what to expect by region — including where customs charges are more likely or delivery may take longer — see our International Shipping Guide.

2.5 Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected window, contact us within [14] days of the expected delivery date with your order number — we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2.6 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We’re not able to redirect a parcel once it’s dispatched, and re-delivery due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge.

3.4 Who We Share Data With
We share data only where necessary to run the business:
- Payment processors (Stripe, others are “coming soon”) — to process your payment.
- Delivery partners (Royal Mail, and other carriers as we scale) — to deliver your order, including your name, address, and contact details for customs purposes on international orders.
- Email/marketing platform [name] — only for customers who’ve opted in to marketing.
- Analytics providers [Google] — aggregated, where possible anonymised, browsing data.
- HMRC and our accountant — where required for tax and accounting compliance.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party advertising purposes.
3.5 International Transfers
Some third-party providers we use (e.g. payment processors, email platforms) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on their own compliance with UK-recognised safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). [Confirm and name specific providers/locations once platform is chosen.]
3.6 How Long We Keep Data
- Order and transaction data: retained for as long as required for tax/accounting purposes (currently 6 years, per HMRC requirements).
- ECHO Circle data: retained for as long as you remain enrolled, per the ECHO Circle Policy (no forced expiry).
- Marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Enquiry/correspondence data: retained for a reasonable period to handle any follow-up, then deleted.
3.7 Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligation to retain order/tax records)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time (unsubscribe link in every marketing email)
To exercise any of these rights, contact info@div9nestudio.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.
3.8 Children’s Data
MOЯPHO products include kids’ sizing (belt-rank system for youth), but our website and checkout are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children — orders for youth-sized products are expected to be placed by a parent or guardian.
3.9 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our data practices, tools, or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

4.4 Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties providing services on our site (e.g. our analytics provider, our payment processor, or embedded social content). These third parties have their own cookie and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy
Last updated: 31.07.2026
5.1 Your Statutory Rights (UK Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This section summarises how those rights apply to MOЯPHO orders; it doesn’t replace them.
5.2 Faulty or Defective Items
Every garment passes our zero-defect QC checklist before shipping (fabric integrity, seams, embroidery, sizing, labelling), but if something reaches you faulty:
- Within 30 days of delivery: you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement, your choice.
- 30 days–6 months: we’ll offer a repair or replacement first; if that’s not possible or doesn’t fix it, you’re entitled to a refund.
- Contact orders@div9nestudio.com with your order number and photos of the fault before sending anything back — we’ll confirm the best next step and cover return postage for genuinely faulty items.
5.3 Change of Mind / Wrong Size
For non-faulty items you simply don’t want or that don’t fit:
- Items in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached can be returned for exchange, refund, or replacement (in case of a sizing issue) within 14 days of delivery.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and checked.
- Belt-rank accent colour choices, sizes, and standard product variants are eligible for this return window (see Terms & Conditions, Sextion: 5.4 for the distinction that matters legally).
5.4 Belt-Rank Colour Selection & Custom Personalisation
Belt-rank accent colour (the embroidery/design colour matched to your belt level) is treated as a standard pre-set product variant — the same as choosing a size or stock colourway — because it doesn’t create an item unique to you. A Blue Belt, Size A1 selection, for example, is a combination another customer might equally want, and can be resold as-is. For that reason, belt-rank colour selections remain fully covered by the 14-day change-of-mind return window in Section 5.3, on the same terms as any other size or colourway choice.
This is different from genuine personalisation — for example, a customer’s own name, initials, or custom text embroidered specifically for them. Any product customised in this way, beyond the standard belt-rank/size/colourway options, is not eligible for change-of-mind return or refund once production has started, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exemption for goods “made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.” Faulty personalised items remain covered under Section 2.2 regardless.
Note: no true bespoke personalisation option (e.g. name embroidery) currently exists in the product range — this clause is written now so it’s ready the moment one is introduced. Have a solicitor do a quick confirmation at that point, specifically checking that the checkout flow presents it as genuine personalisation (e.g. a free-text field) rather than another preset dropdown — that distinction is what makes the exemption apply.
5.5 Gi Size Chart Note
Gi products are sized to the manufacturer’s own dedicated Gi block, which differs from our NoGi/apparel size chart. Please check the Gi-specific size guide before ordering — sizing differences between the two systems are not treated as a MOЯPHO fault for exchange purposes.
5.6 How to Start a Return
Email orders@div9nestudio.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason. We’ll respond with instructions and, for faulty items, a prepaid return label.
